My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Florida

My boyfriend and I signed a lease and paid deposits to our landlord to move in on the 1st of this month. Landlord will not allow us to move in because they feel we will breach the contract (which we have already signed). They think we will breach the contract by bringing another dog in. We signed the lease with 1 dog (but we have two). We had no intentions of bringing the other dog when we signed the lease, so when I simply asked "What happens if the home I found for the second dog falls through?", She replied saying absolutely no two dogs. Fine. Come today (which is 1 day AFTER our lease started), they would not let us in because they worried we would breach the contract with another dog. We stated several times we are abiding by the lease & we have already paid the landlord move-in costs. Can a landlord deny access AFTER the lease started just because they have fear we will breach? I'm no lawyer and that's why I am here, but from my understand they are now breaking the lease by not handing us keys and they are now guilty of "constructive eviction". Any help/advice on this situation is greatly appreciated and I thank everyone in advance for taking time to assist me.
