    banishment is unconstitutional, they cannot ban her from entering the state. the SCHOOL can certainly expell her and ban her from campus, and an individual at the school could get a restraining order that effectively bans her from campus for the duration the other person is attending.

    Of course, but if the charges are being dismissed I am not sure why the school would.

    The standard conditions of being released on a bail bond or pretrial release is that the defendant cannot cross state lines without the court's permission.
