My question involves medical malpractice in the state of:
I am looking for information about filing a lawsuit against a drug company. When I was 11, I was diagnosed as depressed and bipolar. I was nothing more than a pubescent child with changing emotions. I started off on Prozac and then the doctors added Seroquel, lithium, and xanax. While on the medication, I became and zombie..you know, no emotions, most of the time. Or, some days I would become very angry and uncontrollable. Everything from that time period is a little hazy. Now, I am 20 years old, and have been off of all medications for about 5 or 6 years. However, I find myself having weird feelings almost every week and I feel that I have problems due to being on all of these drugs. I have been actively involved in the research of alternative or natural medicines. I have also been doing my own research on the effects of pharmaceuticals. I was wondering how to find if I could file a clausable lawsuit and what I would need to do so. Is there any tests I could have done to prove that these medications have had a negative effect on me?
