Default Can You Get Emancipated if You Can't Support Yourself

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: emancipation
So, I'm not looking for opinions only facts. I have a job I unfortunately only get $100 a week and sometimes more. I was wondering if it's possible for me to get emancipated. My parents are very unstable and my mother is on drugs. My step fathers an alcoholic. They both gamble our bill money and then complain about money and what not. I am pregnant and I know I would have help/support from my boyfriends family and him. I don't think this would be a good enviorment to raise my child in. I'm 16, and again I only want facts. IF I could go about doing this another way rather than emancipation please explain. My mom has also been very angry when she's on drugs. I honestly fear my safety. She sometimes even tries to fight me. I just don't think it'd be safe for my child to live here. They're unstable and what not. I do online school and have a 4.0 gpa. Help??

The answer is no and that is a fact. You can't even answer the first question correctly.

When you fear for your life, call the police. In fact when you see she is using, call the police and report the drug abuse.

Read the stickied threads. If for some reason you still have questions, come back and identify your actual state.

But the short answer is "No".

Being pregnant shows you need more supervision, not less.

It is a fact, not an opinion, that under the circumstances you have described, you have no chance whatsoever at emancipation.

ROFL. You are irresponsible, poor and knocked up. You need more parental supervision, not less.
