Question Obtaining Full Ownership of a Jointly Owned Timeshare

My question involves a timeshare located in Wisconsin.

I currently own a timeshare with my brother (for about 12+ years). He has contributed nothing towards annual maintenance fees or the loan for the past 10 years. It is now paid in full and I would like to sell it. However his name is still on the deed. Is there a way to get his name off without having to go to him, as I'm sure he will expect to profit from this.
