My question involves real estate located in the State of: Florida

My husband at the time, now ex, and I were trying to do loan modification. In that time we separated, getting back together on and off. We were told that the only way to modify the loan was to claim loss of income. My husband unfortunately manipulated me to believe we were getting back together and told me to sign a quit claim deed so it showed loss of my income after separation. I agreed with the understanding that we were going to stay together and live in the house together. We did end up divorcing bc he had another agenda!!! ANOTHER WOMAN that he moved into my house. The problem is, is that I bought the property pre marital for 75,000. At the divorce we agreed that he would remove my name from the Mortgage, he states he did, only to find out that my name is still on the Loan, and that he was able to do the modification in ONLY his name bc I signed the Quit claim deed. The bank says they denied him a refinance, therefore im still responsible. Is there any way I can reverse the quit claim, being that he manipulated me, used my vulnerability on his side? he knew I would do anything to keep our marriage together. Please help?
