My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Illinois
A customer of our website found a trick to get items at a lower cost. He put .1 in the quantity rather than 1 and received items at a tenth of the actual cost. We did not notice the mistake until after we shipped the items. After checking his previous orders we realized he has done this 4 times before. He owes $322 for the items he received. We contacted the customer and got no response. We also contacted paypal and the credit card company and there is nothing they can do. Just wondering if there is any way to recover the money lost.
