    oh boy. this just got interesting... apparently a prominent radio station in Columbus is saying that they have a witness who saw this happen... and now they want to interview me...

    I think it's still in Germany where the customs people confiscated his illegal importation of it. Last I heard, they have it in the zoo.

    If you're serious about doing a personal injury case, get a lawyer before you do anything like that and follow your lawyer's advice about public statements.

    That would have established spit validity, absent DNA testing. You could have bought a new car.

    It's on TMZ now. Guy said he does plan on pressing charges. And this is not the first time Beiber has spat in someones face and last I read, that person was pressing charges, too.
