Default Kicked Out, 17 Years Old in Michigan

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: recently I've been kicked out of my home by my mother . I was kicked out because i was being accused of and believed to have been stealing money . I know I did not steal a thing honest but the consequences followed . I have a job , and a stable place to stay for now . I do not wish to pursue legal action against my mother I only wish to know my legal rights and or benefits I may have or use due to my current predicament. I do not plan to go back home , but my mother is refusing to allow me to get some of my belongings ; is she legally allowed to not give me any belongings I had to leave behind due to the moment ? (Many items are gifts from her or purchased by myself) one last thing due to my situation could legal emancipation be granted ? And if so , should I ? I need concrete legal advise anyone who can assist me I would greatly appreciate it

By the time you establish any kind of track record for court emancipation, you will likely be an adult anyway.

    I'm sorry about your situation.
Are you staying with a friend or relative or by yourself?
Honestly, she doesn't have to give you anything. If you can prove, to a court's satisfaction, that you purchased certain items, or were given them by someone other than your mother, the court may order them to give them to you.
Did you read the section on emancipation? Just given the little you've told us so far, I'm pretty sure you don't qualify.
Really, the very best thing you could do for yourself right now is to suck it up, go back to mom's, make up with her, and start saving for when you turn 18. It'll be here so quickly.
