Default Getting Your Charges Tried In Another State

Is It Possible To Have Charges In One State Resolved In Another? I Have Felony Warrants In Florida, But For More Than 3 Years I Have Lived In Illinois. I Am The Provider For A Family Of Four And My Family Would Lose Everything If I Was Picked Up And Extradited. Is There Some Way A Laywer Can File A Motion Due To Circumstance To Have To Case Tried In Illinois??? If So, Would I Also Need A Florida Lawyer???

Default Re: Resolve In Another State?

As you were previously informed, a Florida criminal charge must be resolved in Florida.
