My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

my name is tim I have been charged with underage consummation in the state of ohio this is my first offense and I have not ever been in trouble but what should i do I have court coming up in a week or so and have no idea what is going to happen i just need a idea I am still in school also

Not knowing your exact age (under/over 18)....this would be my guess.

Court costs/fines. And likely you will have to enroll in Alcohol Education classes, at your expense.

If you cannot afford a private attorney, plead not guilty and ask for a public defender. Ask about a 1st time offenders program. Stay out of trouble afterwards.
