Every motion he filed has been heard and the judge ruled on them. They were frivolous, such as a DNA test of our kids who were 12 at the time. My attorney felt he was filing anything he could to cost me money in court. The good news is the judge awarded me attorney fees in most of the motions.
The only thing left outstanding is the final hearing for the divorce. If he does file a motion to postpone the hearing will the judge likely grant it?
