Default Adjustment of Status With a History of Drug Possession

    Hello,

I am planning on applying for Adjustment of Status based on my marriage to U.S. Citizen. I have a possession conviction that is covered under FFOA.

I do not see on any of the applications where I can claim FFOA relief. Can anyone help me with the process in my situation?

    Thank you!

Default Re: Plan to File for Adjustment of Status and Qualify for Ffoa Relief -- Procedure

If you have not received your expungement under FFOA, you won't get any immigration relief. That needs to come first. You can't claim it until you get it.
What was the nature of your possession conviction (state charge? federal) and were you convicted of any other crimes?
