It's impossible for anybody to give you a real idea of how things will turn out. Did you report this immediately after in happened, in order for them to do a rape kit? That would've been the most solid evidence against them. The things they are charged with, and convicted of will depend entirely upon how much evidence there is against them. Since you are a minor they will both be facing statutory rape charges, multiple counts for her. If convicted of multiple counts she'll serve time for each count. In some states it's actually against the law to solicit sex from a minor, so she could be charged with that. Anyone convicted of statuory rape will be placed in the sexual offender database and be required to update the authorities every time they move. In some states they'll be required to tell all their neighbors within a certain distance of their home that they're a convicted sexual predator. They won't be allowed within certain distances of a school. Their child will most likely be taken, at least temporarily, if not permanently, by child protective services. People with felony's are required to disclose this to prospective employers, and it would show up on a background check, so it will make finding work very difficult for them. In otherwords, if they're convicted, they will suffer tremendously for it.
