My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Georgia

My parents are divorced and my father has visitation rights, I go over to his house every other weekend. I would prefer to live with him, rather than stay at my current home. There is no abuse, neglect, or anything. I live with two grandparents and my mom and 2 brothers. I feel that it would be in my best interest to just move out there and start my life out there, instead of stay where I am. I just would rather live with him based on the county he is in, my sister also lives with him. I am a lot happier there than I am at home. I wish to move there when I turn 17 and find a job and save for a car and finish my senior year of highschool in his county.

My mom is extremely against this, she would rather me wait until I'm 18 to leave but I want to leave soon. If I were to just take my stuff and move in with my dad, without her permission, would there be anything legally she can do? As in call the police to take me back home, get me charged with any crimes? Could she legally take action to keep me at my current home? Would my father face any charges for letting me stay at his house?
