Unhappy How can I get emancipated?

I am 15 years old and I NEED to get emancipated. I am not going to give details but I ABSOLUTLY need to I can no longer live with my mother. I don't know what to do. My boyfriend and his mom have no problem with me living with them but if I even bring it up or anything about me moving in with anyone else my mother will go completly ballistic. I will do anything. I am engaged but for us to get married in all states we would need parental consent, right? I need advice, someone please help me....

My mother physically and verbaly abuses me (my brother is living with my dad now because of it) I don't know how to handle it anymore, I am clinically depressed and every time I try to get help I either end up being Baker acted or she kicks me out and then reports me as a run-away. I am lost, depressed and confused. I don't want my mom to get ino trouble because if I report her they will send me to live with my father who is no better. I could possibly move in with my half sister Beverly but I would have to move really far away and I don't like being in other people's debts. I don't know what to do. I was hoping that maybe you or someone else would have some advice for me?

You cant be emancepated unless your self supporting and at least 16 (I think) your abuse situation does not meet that. Sad as it may be if your being abused you need to report it

I read somewhere that ifyou were to get married you are legally emancipated, is that true? and if it is, is there anyway I could do that with out my parents knowledge?

You cannot marry anyone if underage without parental consent. This takes you back to reporting abuse! BTW when will be ok to report abuse after someone dies!?

No one is going to die.... and are you sure that there is no way that we could get married? even if we had his parents consent?

According to the Nassau County Clerk's website,
Quote Quoting Florida Marriage License for a Minor
Both parents must give their consent for a minor to marry, except if only one parent has sole legal custody of the minor or if the other parent is deceased.
Below age 16, a judge must approve the marriage license.

So you are saying that I must have my mothers consent AND a judge has to approve?

You can contact the County Clerk's Office for your county and find out specifically what you would need given your circumstances.
