My question involves court procedures for the state of: NH

Hello,

I am Pro Se in a NH Divorce

I am in need of a insurance companies phone call recordings relating to my and my spouse's policies.
The records will help prove a point in the case, and win a property dispute.

I went to the NH Court and the clerk told me:
"We have nothing to do with subpoenas". I asked them if the clerks or judge signs them and she said no.
So then, how do I issue my own subpoena in NH? There is nothing in NH Civil Rules about it, so I just draft one myself, sign it myself, and send it to the company? It seems too easy to be true.

Any thoughts?
