When you have your case decided by somebody other than a judge, you very often have a period of time in which you can ask the court to review the matter as a matter of right. If you choose not to do so, the court will typically enter an order consistent with the findings of the administrative officer who conducted the hearing. Assuming you missed your deadline or sought review only to have the judge affirm the hearing master, we don't have any information from which we can tell you whether or not you made an adequate record for appeal or have missed the deadline for filing an appeal by right.
You need to retain a lawyer, take the court documents relevant to this issue to your lawyer, and have your lawyer review them along with your other documentation and advise you as to possible remedies. As suggested above, the longer you wait the fewer remedies are likely to be available to you, so today's not too soon if you can get an appointment.
