Default LLC for Oregon Real Estate Agent

My question involves business law in the state of: Oregon

I will be getting my Oregon real estate license in a few weeks, and I was wondering if, in the state of Oregon, it would be wise to form a one person LLC IN ADDITION TO having Error/Ommissions insurance? My main purposes are to keep business and personal transactions (i.e. separate banking accounts) separate, and to protect any personal assets in the (hopefully) unlikely event that I am ever sued by someone for an amount beyond what the E/O insurance covers.

    Thank you for your time!

Sued for what? The LLC might provide some protection against debts if the business fails, but if you're worried about some other type of claim it's likely that as the sole member you would still face personal liability.
