Default Accused of Lying on Financial Affidavit

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Connecticut

I did not lie on the affidavit, but i am worried that his lawyer can some how make it look like I did. We had a hearing to start the case, and just had a hearing where I said I am willing to let him look at my records and have a deposition at his lawyers office. I have nothing to hide. I am also afraid since my retirement was never brought up in the divorce 6 years ago, that it might come up. I have not seenany "evidence" that they have yet. It is all crazy.

    Thank you.

If you are worried about what is going to happen at the hearing, consider retaining a lawyer to represent you. There is no end to how many "what if this happens"-type scenarios we could come up with.
