Default Use of Extraneous Evidence Without Criminal History

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Texas
My record says that the prosecuting attorney filed to offer evidence of extraneous evidence. I know with certainty that I have never been arrested for anything more than unpaid traffic tickets almost 9 years ago, let alone charged with anything. What does this mean? My charge was due to my son testing positive for a drug.

What do you mean by your "record"? You are the subject of child neglect proceedings due to your son's drug use?

We have no way of investigating this for you, and you have shared virtually no facts. I suggest working with a lawyer.
