    Default Was it against the law?

    OK I was 13ish (I do not remember the exact age) she was 9ish we played doctor. fool around. this happened only once (vaguly remember) over 20 years ago. Was it a crime and if so can she prosecute. I ask cause she has had alot of sexual abuse in her life and this brought up what went on between her and I as kids. Now it is causeing an up roar in my family..

    Can Any one help.. She is now saying it was RAPE. I just got an email from my mother. We had NO sexual intercourse. But it is her word against mine. and we were kids .. dang it.. more then 20 years. I heard that stat limitation is 15 years.

    If she says you used force or coercion, that would be an allegation of criminal activity. Under the current statute, the age difference would render it a crime. The criminal statute of limitations on that offense would appear to have run on her 21st birthday.
