Default Change of Employers in 9th Year of H1B Status, I-140 Approved with Previous Employer

    Hello Experts,
    I got my I-140 approved through a Company A and i'm

currently on my 9th year H1b which is valid till Feb2014

(This 3 years extension was based on that I-140). Now i

had to change my employer last month. Employer B had

applied for my H1b transfer with that I-140 and got new

H1b extn for 3 years. We have not initiated the Green

card process with Employer B yet.
Can i change the current employer (Employer B), If i have

a good opportunity with Employer C? Can i still use I-140

of employer A (If not revoked), for H1 transfer/extension for employer C?

Please advise as soon as possible.

Yes, you can change employers as long as your I-140 is not revoked. You should make sure that your new employer is fully aware of your situation.
