Can a private entity continually violate your Constitutional rights to free expression/speech with their so-called 'community standards'? A particular social network, now a publicly traded stock market commodity, has twice in the past seven days, suspended me for expressing my personal views. The worst part of the whole thing, the so-called standards are arbitrary. Unless someone complains, you can be insulted, belittled, and basically made to look stupid for your views and this entity will do nothing. Since the standard is only enforced at whim, is it REALLY a standard? It may well be a policy, but it doesn't appear to be a standard. They are becoming known for targeting conservative churches, groups and persons at the whim of homosexual activists.

Basically, this is what it's all about. The homosexuals are welcome to do whatever they please, while Christians/conservatives are demeaned and belittled. If there is an attorney out there with the knowledge and testicular fortitude to take this matter on, I'd appreciate it. I am sick and tired of being treated like a second or third class citizen in what purports to be a free country.
