My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Minnesota
My daughter lives with her father in a small town 35 miles from me. The court order states that I am to have regular phone calls and Skype with her.
When we were fighting and going through court, he answered my calls to talk with her everyday, now that we aren't, it seems like he never answers and I talk to her once a week.
He says that he got a new phone through a different provider and it doesn't work in his town. He's now saying that it will be a few weeks to month or so before he transfers to a new provider
I know that it sounds petty, and I'm not aiming to get him in any trouble or anything, I just want to talk to my daughter.
Is there anything I can do?
