You do not do anything with the filing decisions. Your employer should have an attorney to advise him of the procedures and proper coding that should be used. The job into which you are hired determines the eligibility for EB-2.
You need to understand your place in the green card process which is basically to respond to requests for information about yourself posed by your employer and his attorney. You should not be making any suggestions or decisions on the questions you posed.
You have only a three year BS technical degree outside your work area and have a very low salary. You should realize that experience with the filing employer can be used to meet the requirements in very limited circumstances.
