The US constitution allows freedom of assembly, that includes the freedom not to assemble with certain people.

Three unique posters chiming IN and I’m OUT. If I were to hang around, I might challenge the logic of how a case with no merit could ever get to court.
The third replier at least cited researchable information. They didn’t go into hearsay or ask for additional details that turned out to be irrelevant. I urge anyone reading this thread for actual advice to do much more research on their own as I have begun to do. The blatant pessimism actually has given me more confidence to enter a legal battle should it get that far.

NYS law explicitly states that it is illegal to discriminate against individuals for any public accommodation on a myriad of services at all sorts of venues that are accessible by the public. This includes public gatherings.
