My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Minnesota
This is water over the dam now and it was a long time ago. Just a write up which didn't lead to anything more serious.
I did so because there was some important work that needed to get done yet. I foolishly didn't ask the night manager - I "assumed" it would be fine because of how busy things were. When confronted about this I said they can go ahead and take that hour off. They said they can't do that and it will be an hour of overtime pay for me + a written warning.
