    Default I Have a Verbally Abusive Roomate We Both Are on Lease

    My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: my roommate is very verbally abusive I have 2 young girls n I am not sure what my rights or how to legally make him move

    Is he a party to a lease, if one exists?


    Are you both parties to the same lease, if there is one?

    If no lease, are you both parties to the same rental agreement?
