I disagree. A person is well within the realm of freedom of speech. Furthermore, an individual would have to prove ill will. I'm not saying that I would be making a website to harass my ex-girlfriend, however. I do not believe that such a website should be considered harassment of any individuals, as people should be able to state facts and opinions about knowledge of individuals. Although there are prviacy concerns, I do not see if the issue if people are telling the truth.

Keep on topic, please. This is about creating a social media website, not me developing a website to target an ex-girlfriend of mine. Make as many accusations as you want, and I'll deny them.

As an aside, as I've increased my legal knowledge since late 2011, I've come to understand that the members on this board are quite terse in whatever legal advice and discussion there is actually to be discussed in relation to a variety of topics. I'm starting to believe that many members are security guards at malls rather than those who involve themselves with the courts. There is a lot of information to be discussed on various topics and threads, and I do not believe the members here are impartial and unbiased. If think if the people here had taken a more active role in law, then there would be various sticked threads discussing various aspects of law knowledge and courses of action people can take. When you tell me to let go of someone having inflicted emotional distress me, having made false allegation of violence (such as killing my supervisors and teachers with a gun, especially when I plan on going to graduate school and seek tenure someday), and that person did things out of malice, I think you are doing an injustice to the legal system. I think you are immoral and corrupt. Let go of your arrogance and start answering some legal questions, asshole.

Your scare tactics are admirable, but a person more than likely would need to prove that I've broken the RO or TRO, which often discussed that an individual comes into contact with the other individual, physically or virtually. If the person with the RO or TRO comes into contact with me, I can attempt to file for contempt and say that the person is stalking me. If an individual attempts to take legal action against me for freedom of speech, I can countersue. You're so full of it. Nice try on scaring me.

Since last November you have made numerous threads asking about ways you can get away with harassing your ex.

There is no reason not to believe your ex- bashing website is in fact meant for you to use to bash your ex, rather than just for other people to bash their ex.

That is a lie. I have not made numerous threads asking about ways to harass my ex-girlfriend. Unless you are to attempt to me an accusation of barratry or vexatious litigation, your accusations are garbage. If I wanted to harass my ex, I would have sent her nude photos to all of her friends, called her house multiple times, and found other NON-LEGAL ways to harass her. Furthermore, there are differing standards about whether or not an individual is to define and determine if an individual has harassed someone through the court systems. Your argument to me is that in no way should I defend myself. I think you need to check yourself.

This all, of course, is a red herring to the topic at hand. Well done. If your goal was to derail a thread, you've accomplished it so far without really going into answering material related to the thread.

I'm just trying to convince you not to do something stupid and get yourself hauled back into court or even in a jail cell.

Nothing about creating a website where other people post changes your liability for your own posts. In terms of the posts of others, you would want to be 100% sure your site falls under the safe harbor provisions of the CDA.

You have a total of 20 threads, each and every one of which relates in some way to a civil case regarding a protection order. Are we to believe that all of these are hypotheticals? Because I don't.

For God's sake man, get OVER it. Get some therapy. Or get to jail. Either or both. We're not going to help you harass your ex. Enough already. Time to move ON with your life, a life that doesn't include her, in ANY fashion. Don't make us roll up a newspaper...

    "No." got it?

Snerts are like bears, if you keep feeding them, they'll just keep coming back.
