Default Computer Seized as Evidence Over Threats

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Texas
I learned the hard way of joking around about threats with friends, the police came no warrant they ask parent to search my room they took my PC and my fathers rifles. I have had no past of getting in trouble with the law and this hit me really hard. I was put into a detention center for 2 months but the prosecutor offered me a plea bargain. My attorney said it would be best to take the plea bargain so he called the DA and said that I accepted it. If the judge accepts it. Will I get my PC back? I spent a lot of money on it and built it myself. It did have stuff related to the case but I had no intentions of it being used in the case. It was a downloaded pdf of the anarchist cookbook.
Sorry if it looks off, I am scared of self incrimination (which I did do when the police questioned me), the police promised me if I told the truth I would go stay 1 day at culver. I ended up staying 2 months and was placed on house arrest the judge of the detention hearing seemed understanding and was really nice, and he is my judge in my case hearing. Would it be possible to get back my PC once the case is resolved with a plea bargain. Again sorry if it's off. Also when I went to the detention there was a kid there for the similar issue same charges, same judge and he got the same plea bargain and he is on probation 10 years. I had no intentions of committing the crime, but I told the truth and it led to some big charges and am scared senseless. I would ask my attorney, but I'm scared that it would void the plea?
Also what would be the best clothing to wear to court? Thanks for the time to read this!

That depends. If it is a larger department, they may have the resources to image the drive and then return the PC. If not, it may be held as evidence until the case is finished. Which would be at the end of your probation period. You could always have your attorney make a motion to have it released if they are done with it.

Ouch! Don't download crap like that. It attracts the wrong kinds of attention. It doesn't matter what you intended, it could still be used against you.

Did you have an attorney present? You should have lawyered up, as they say in the cop shows.

As much as I support LE, even I agree that you should take anything they say with a grain of salt. They are allowed to lie to you.

Is there an epidemic of this in TX? Kids need to watch the news and realize that in our CYA/scared to death society, schools and courts take things very seriously. Stuff kids said in my day jokingly or without real intent would have been dismissed as mouthing off, today it'll get you a criminal record.

That is what your attorney is there for. You should be comfortable asking him questions because if you aren't 100% sure you want the deal, you need to withdraw it. Just asking questions won't void the plea. If you haven't plead in court yet, it is probably not too late to change your mind. This will leave you with a permanent criminal record. It is not to be taken lightly.

What to wear (Bear in mind I don't know you, so....this is a general guidelines)

    - Dress nice. Suit, dress shoes. If you're male, add a tie. If you're female, don't forget pantyhose.
    - If you're female, casual, natural looking makeup. Don't overdo it.
    - Piercings - male, remove even the earring. Female, one pair of small earrings maximum.
    - Piercings, part 2: remove all facial piercings, tongue rings, etc.
    - Cover visible tattoos.
    - Hair should be washed and neatly styled.
    - No excessive perfume.
    - Do not go in smelling like cigarette smoke, alcohol, etc.
    - No gum.
    - Address the judge as "Your Honor".
