    Default Can You Be Sued for Defamation for Posting Court Records

    My question involves education law in the State of: Maryland
    is it legal to post deposition and other materials from Public access to court electronic records (Pacer) on forums???

    If you post false information about somebody, the fact that the allegation is included in deposition testimony is not going to render you immune from suit.
