Question Website Published Personal Info After Banning Me from Their Forum

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Florida

Not sure if this is the right section but I was a member of a forum for 6 years where I sold many items (31 to be exact) and 1 sale recently started this fiasco. i sold a gun to individual online along the way one of the FFL's (Federal Firearms Licensee) tampered with the gun and switched pats on it as my was brand new unfired, buyer received it with rust on barrel and scratches everywhere. I have pics documenting the condition before shipping.

Ok the moderators of this website decide to ban me and post my personal information in something called a "Hall of Shame" for selling an item other than described. I requested numerous times video footage from my FFL & his to determine where the foul play occurred. Neither wanted to help. Now 1st they banned me & 2nd my friends who still have access said that my personal info and address info was posted on their website in this hall of shame. I am pretty sure this is illegal isn't it? Where can I cite any law broken or what recourse do I have? This burns me and my character with people that know me from that website. The buyer settled to keep the gun in said condition.

Your personal info (including your name and address) is public knowledge.

    What exactly is your complaint?

FFL knowledge should be public knowledge. There are many sites that should have your info. Simply Google it.
