I Have Charges Pending In The State Of Florida For "trafficing In Stolen Property" And "false Verification Of Ownership To A Pawn Broker". I Know There Is No Statue Of Limitations Because The State Already Filed. I Was A 12 Year Crackhead And Was Homeless During This Time, I Also Have Been To Prison Twice. I Have Since Moved To Another State And Have Gotten Married And Had A Baby Girl, I Am Also Persuing An Associates Degree In Applied Science Of Industrial Manufacturing. I've Turned My Life Completely Around And Have Even Held The Same Job For 3 Years Now. With Me Being The Sole Provider For My Wife And Daughter, I Fear Getting Arrested Because They Will Have No Means Of Keeping The House We Rent Or Buying Food, Etc. I Only Make 13.00 An Hour Till I Finish School To Get A Better Job, So There Is No Money In The Bank. My Question Is, Is There Anyway I Can Fight Extradition And Have A Fair Chance Of Staying In The State Im In? Im In Illinois. If I Could Get Probation Here, Then I Wouldnt Lose All Ive Gained Or My Family. Please Let Me Know The Best Way To Handle This Situation.
