My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Utah
Can the non-custodial parent that lives 10 minutes from my child work during his 2 week uninterrupted time without using Right of First Refusal? He doesn't plan on going on vacation with our son who is 9 years old. He is going to work during those 2 weeks and he claims he doesn't have to give me our son if I am available. He wants our son to stay with his grand parents instead. Our son does not like spending any time with his grand parents and would rather spend the time with us. The Right of First Refusal claus is in our divorce decree, but my ex thinks that it does not apply in this case.
