Emancipation

Im 16, currently go to high school and have a part time job, i have enough money saved up to support myself completely independantly for at least a year, and i can switch my job to full time and my monthly income would be $1,782, although upon my boss finding out that i emancipated myself theres a possibility i could receive a $2-4 raise, plus a few other jobs that are available making more altogether. How can i go about emancipating myself.
