Default Using a Lawyer for a Probation Violation Hearing in Washington State

I have a probation violation hearing tomorrow at 9 a.m. I could not get a hold of the lawyer that I used for the case originally, possession of marijuana less than 40g and possession of paraphernalia. My probation violation is for failing to inform my PO of change of address. The circumstance is that I go to college and I returned home for the summer. Over the summer, my PO sent a letter to me telling me to get a hold of her, but it was returned, so she ordered me to go to court for a sentance/probation review.

My question is this: Will me not having a lawyer present severly effect my consequences, or is this a lesser enough violation that a lawyer may not be needed. There is no real way for me to argue against the violation, but I don't want the consequences to be too bad.

Second, based on experience, what do you think the pentalties might be? This is my first offense, and my only probation violation.

I guess this is just a post for peace of mind, but any response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you guys.

I didn't see this until now. (A Saturday morning probation violation hearing? Or is this a time difference thing, with you posting late at night before a Friday hearing date?) How did the hearing go?
