Default Federal Contract Fringe Benefits for Part-Time Employees

My question involves business law in the state of: Ga

I have been working for a contractor on a Federal Contract in Ga for 3 1/2 years. And I have a couple of questions.

    1. Is the contractor required to pay part-time employees FRINGE benifits for Holidays if they are not worked? And full timers are paid the Fringe even if they dont work.

    2. Is the the contractor required to give vacation time as a Fringe benefit to part-timers if full timers get it?

Probably not. But it depends on exactly which contract.
