So I called someone by mistake. Afterwards I got a bunch of texts ask who I was why I called them. When I told them it was a mistake they called me a liar. Then I got a text from two others numbers pretending to know me. Can I file charges for texting harrestment

Check your state laws. In Michigan, Harassment by Telecommunications is illegal. If it is there, you call the state police, talk to an officer or sergeant, get the verbage that it is illegal. You then tell the person texting you about it and to call Sergeant X at State Police Post at ###-###-#### and to have a nice day.
