My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
My ex started out in a 2 bedrrom apartment with our kids after our separation. A year later he moved the kids out of their bedroom to share a room with him and moved his brother into their old room. Now, he has his girlfriend spending the night with him in his bed with my kids (gril 4/ boy 7) in the bunkbed right next to them. He makes over $75,000/year, I pay him montly child support and his rent is 1,100/month. We share custody and our time sharing is 50/50. Can the court help me advocate for my children's personal space (i.e. their own room as before)? Can the court grant no overnight visit from the girl friend until the kids have their own room?
