Default Applying for a State ID With an Out-of-State Bench Warrant

My question involves criminal records for the state of: OHIO

Its kind of embarrassing and I was drunk and riding a bicycle but I actually got charged with a DUI that was later dropped to a Reckless Operation. I didnt complete the terms of my release and hearing (court appearance) I moved out of state as it wasn't something I had considered. It's really nothing serious and I know I should have taken care of it but barring all of that what are chances I would get arrested and/or extradited for this while trying to get a simple State ID in WA state, Tacoma or Seattle? ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

    thank you

It is something serious. You have a warrant for your arrest. It is possible it could trigger your arrest and/or extradition.

It's possibility. Here in Indianapolis law enforcement commonly uses BMV branches as substations (they have one at the local power and light consumer center too for some reason).

In any case, this warrant is going to haunt wherever you go and interfere with whatever you are trying to do. Forever. FTA warrants don't expire. Do yourself a favor and get the matter cleared up and behind you.

Heya. Thanks for your time in replaying to my question. I actually did appear in court so there should be no FTA I guess you call it, It was more I didn't complete the unjust amount of stuff they wanted me to do for a simple reckless op ON A BICYCLE. It is my opinion that it was unjust and it was in some bass akwards town and county in Ohio, haha like there isn't anything else in OH HAHA.

It's exceptionally unlikely that you have an interstate warrant for a reckless operation charge, and even less likely that the State of Ohio is going to spend thousands of dollars to transport you back to Washington for the charge.
