It would be up to the new owner to accept the lease as is, require a new lease, or require you to move.

CT has no landlord tenant statute for commercial occupancies.

Foreclosure law probably trumps the lease.

Have you talked to the new owner about continuing under the same terms and conditions?

If not, what are you waiitng for?
