Default Juvenile Emancipation: What Do I Need to Do

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Juvenile Emacipation

I am 15 and live in Wisconsin, my mother is marrying my father as of this year, if nothing goes wrong. When we're alone and she's mad she hits me (but nothing too bad, usually just a slap across the face)..

we are not very well off and i think i can do better on my own..

what are the qualifications to emancipate myself and live on my own?!?

There are no statutory provisions in the state of Wisconsin for the emancipation of minors.

If you're being abused, contact CPS.

What do you need to do to be emancipated?

    Turn 18.

EVEN IF Wisconsin would emancipate a minor, which they will not, emancipation is not granted on the basis you've described. It is not and never was intended to be a means for a minor to leave a bad situation. It was and is intended to be a means to provide legal protections to those teens who, for reasons outside their own control, found themselves living on their own.
