My question involves name change laws in the State of: Florida
All of my life, I have had my mother's husband's last name, because it was assumed that he was my real father. Later on, my mother told me that another man was my real father. My question is: Is it possible that when I go to change my name to my married name (since I want to have a hyphenated version of it, still using my pre-marital last name aswell), that I can change my last name to that of my real father's, even without proof of him actually being my father ?
Thank you for your help![]()
