My Workman's Comp has a history of not paying their bills. It represents a large county in FL and repeatedly the employee is left with derogatory statements on his/her credit report. Is there any case law in place to control or hold the county responsible for unpaid debt? I am a firefighter and having to undo the damage done to my credit has left me looking for some payback.

    Default Problem with Comp Carrier

Are you unionized? If so, this would be a good issue for the union to tackle.
