    Default I Received a List of Names and Social Security Numbers

    I received a civil summons for a judgement. Included with the summons was a list of 34 names and social security numbers along with our file # and balances. What should I do about this or what can I do about their negligence? Thanks

    Unless your unnamed state has a law against publishing such information, the question is: what do you want to do about it? If it is not illegal, there really isn't anything you can do about it. If you wish to alter the laws, speak with your legislators.
