You have a job that will pay rent at your local rates, utilities, groceries, health insurance premiums, transportation, clothing, and all other necessities of life? You'd be able to support yourself financially 100% without government assistance, or help from anyone else? And you'd be able to continue to earn this same amount while excelling in your classes? Is this high paying job a legal one, and would you be able to prove this level of income to the judge showing the last 6 months?

You should read the stickied threads.

What evidence do you have of a demonstrated (i.e., not theoretical) ability to manage your own financial, personal and social affairs, and that emancipation would be in your best interest?

Your parents are already emancipated. You cannot emancipate yourself on the basis you think you are a pink hottie.
