Unhappy What Happens After Your Landlord Dies

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Pennsylvania. My landlord is the owner of the house I live in and lived with me. He died, and although he was not with his wife for years, he is still legally married. I suppose the house will go to his wife. He died over the weekend and I had a verbal lease with him. I lived with him for four months and I only got a receipt for my first month and my deposit because we trusted each other. I want to know what my rights are, if I have any. I would also like to know how much time I may have until I have to move.
    Thank you!

[QUOTE]Do you have a defined time period lease or was your tenancy month to month/ week to week/ or any other specific time period?

As I read your post you were renting a room within the house, correct? With him also living in the same home, correct?
