All,

I abandoned my permanent residency A WEEK AGO by submitting form i-407.
The local consulate in my home country accepted it and it was processed and the green card was destroyed (all is well at this point).

My ex spouse is USC who filed a i-130/i-485/i-751 with me several years ago.
Everything was approved and I got a 10-year green card a year ago.
Everything is fine and dandy until things start to get worse (as they do with all marriages).
I move out and then we get a divorce. Blah Blah Blah.

This ex spouse who is still bitter with me (we never got formally divorced) told me that she went to a USCIS field office A MONTH AGO and told adjudicators that her and I BOTH committed marriage fraud.

My abandoning the US has nothing to do with this whole strange mess allegation ALTHOUGH I am shell shocked that she would do something like this. She stated that they can still adjudicate (even after I left), revoke my "non-existent" green card and deem me inadmissible to the US.

Anybody know if that's even possible ? Is an NTA going to be issued in this scenario ??
Can they go back and undo my i-751 AFTER my i-407 has been approved ?
I would like to go back to the US at some point on a non-immigrant visa but if an NTA is issued (I dont know where it would go and I dont know what the hell I would do).
They say that a NTA can be issued even when an application has already been approved or an application has already been withdrawn.
