My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Washington.
I am sixteen years old and live in Washington. I am also a high school graduate and am starting college/getting financial aid(student loans), as well as actively looking for a job. I have a son (separated from the mother), and wish to support him (and pay child support) and get my own apartment, as my living situation is complicated (I am staying with my girlfriend... unrelated) currently. I'm talking to my mother about emancipation, and have studied the available pdf's and resources carefully. I understand the process, but am worried due to the fact that a) I have no job and b) no permanent residence (although as soon as I get the ball rolling with college and FASFA, this will all be inconsequential; but still I have no job). These are my worries.
